Conclusions

Although The Fat Loss Target Diet gives the impression of being a well-researched holistic approach to weight loss it fails to deliver in many regards. The diet and nutritional information is basically absent with dieters just advised to eat a high protein diet and avoid breads, fried foods and sweets.
In regards to the exercise component, aside from the inclusion of illustrations of certain exercises, most of the work is left up to the dieter to do on their own. Dieters are actually advised to look up free websites and then come up with their own exercise plan through trial and error.
The inclusion of dating tips and advice may be of interest to some dieters but seems irrelevant, especially when there is a lack of practical weight loss information in the rest of the Fat Loss Target program. This program does not appear to offer dieters anything that cannot be found on free dieting websites.
