- Juniper berries
- Asparagus

- Watercress
- Coffee
- Tea

- Aim to eat small amounts of starchy carbohydrates (such as breads, rice, etc).
- Avoid salt and salty food products.
- Drink plenty of water and herbal teas.

- Avoid sugary foods.
- Eat fruit and vegetables.
